Please double-check your delivery address before completing your order.
Gippsland Eggs is not responsible for deliveries made to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If an order is delivered to the wrong address due to customer error, it cannot be refunded or replaced.

🚚 Delivery Access & Drop-Off Instructions

Please make sure we can safely access your property on delivery day.

If you live in a house, please:

• Leave your gate unlocked or provide clear access instructions.
• Leave out a box, cooler bag, or towel for your eggs to be placed into.

If you live in a unit or apartment, please:

• Ensure we can access your building or front door.
• Provide clear delivery details such as gate codes, buzzer number, or where to leave your order safely.

If we’re unable to access your property or find a safe place to leave your order, it may be marked as undeliverable, and a re-delivery fee may apply.
